ever since my dad died in 2003 i started becoming bulimic after a short 3 month period of anorexia. different things work for different people. i have been bulimic up until now. this year for the first time i stopped for a month, and although i had relapses, the freqency has dramatically lowered and i consider to be on the last lap of fighting off this terrible disorder.my entire attitude has changed towards food, my family and some close friends know of it, for i am no longer ashamed.
