i've been recovering from my addiction to meth for almost 3 months and i was wondering why i would have severe cravings that feel almost like withdraws after such a period of time?

Dear tamaram84
Just from my experience as a meth addict, Ive realized one way to help the obsession of craving is staying active. I rarley give myself time to let it enter my mind and if it does get in there I quickly try and focus on something else. I stay busy with school and work but I also attend several support groups a week, they help me tremendously! If u are not attending any kind of support group I highly recommened it. I hope this will be somewhat helpful to you in your journey, its not an easy one I KNOW.
