I'm not exactly sure what you
I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "more natural"--tobacco is a natural plant just like marijuana is. Just because marijuana cigarettes aren't mass produced in a factor doesn't necessarily make them more natural.
Smoking pot can cause a lot of the same health problems as smoking tobacco cigarettes--it puts you at risk for a lot of the same respiratory problems like a chronic cough, bronchitis and emphysema. Marijuana smoke has also been found to contain 50-70% more carcinogens that tobacco smoke and pot smokers often inhale more deeply and hold the smoke in their lung longer, suggesting that marijuana may increase a person's risk for cancer more than tobacco.
The THC in marijuana has been shown to impair the immune system, and heart attack risk is 4 times as likely as usual in the hour after smoking marijuana.
