Any such statistic you find on that will inevitably be flawed because who's keeping up with heroin users once they leave a facility? Nobody is. I think you would have to go with a general stat that you might get from Hazelton/AA groups, which is something like 17% or so. Keep in mind that most addicts relapse at least once, often a few times.
