Drug tests for cocaine actually test for the cocaine metabolite benzoylecgonine instead of actual cocaine, because cocaine leaves the system very quickly. The presence of benzoylecgonine indicates that cocaine was used during the last three days.

300 nanograms per milliliter of benzoylecgonine is considered a positive result for cocaine use, so 77 nanongrams doesn't sound like a particularly high level.
