Quit Smoking Help

Hello Everyone,
My wife was finally able to kick the habit before she got pregnant with our now first born beautiful baby gilr, so I tought I'll share the resource that she has used to help her quit the smoking habit with as many people as I can.
She was a heavy smoker for about ten years and just a couple of weeks after finding out about the program that I have researched online, she was able to quit smoking permanently and now can't stop telling people about how she had kicked the habit for good.
Anyway if somebody want to check it out the site is; http://endthehabitnow.com

Quit Smoking Help

Thanks so much for the info!

Dip as a weening tool

If you think chewing tobacco is gross then good. Perfect because I used chewing tobacco just to quit smoking. I cold turkey stopped smoking though used Skoal bandits pouches once in between my gum and cheek when I had a craving for 2 weeks then one a day for a week then none and it was way easier then stopping cold turkey. WAY CHEAPER THEN NICOTEEN GUM OR ANYTHING ELSE. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. and works. ESPECIALY if you think dip is gross. good luck

Quit Smoking Help

I have to say that I am not sure that chewing tobacco qualifies as replacement therapy. Be careful.

I have quit smoking about 6

I have quit smoking about 6 times in my life but always start back up. I started smoking when I was 16 and now I'm 41. I just quit cold turkey Dec. 13 without much back up or help from family or friends. I have been having savere anxiety attacks now for 3 days in a row. Is it from quiting? That is hard to answer for me bacause I also have bipolar disorder and anxiety but my anxiety has been under control for a long time now. My anxiety usualy happens around lots of ppl. Wouldn't I have had my anxiety a long time ago? Since it has allready been 24 days. When I first quit though I had no withdrawl symptoms but I was also having savere asthma attacks and COPD so it felt good to not smoke because I was in pain from smoking. What does everyone think???
