young sex addict looking for people to talk to
Hello,
I wanted to say hello and welcome you. I was not a sex addict but I feel many of our addictions have similarities. I also have been going to support groups for some time. Remember, you do not need to talk in the beginning. Just let them know. Just listen and then when you are ready...speak out. I realize it is not easy but you should not be embarrassed at all.

thank you! thank you so much. I feel like I am going through "withdrawal" right now and I don't know what to do. :(

You are very welcome. We are all here to help.
hi i realised i was a sex
hi i realised i was a sex addict sometime ago, but i finally faced the truth last year. my partner has been very very supportive and kudos to him. i have been thru some counselling, both with a psychologist and a christian counsellor and i have come to the stage that i believe i know all the cycles and i recognise where it is likely that i can fail. i have come to the stage that i am not making contact with my past sexual partners and from time to time one contacts me and i tell my partner immediately, albeit i am recovering. however my partner believes and says that it is not possible for a recovering sexual addict to tell the truth 100% so i am lying to him. i am not cos he knows where i am all the time etc, so i dont know how to get him to trust me. he believes that it is not possible for one to stop at once, the sex i have stopped, its the masturbation that has declined.
thanks. pls can anyone share experiences with me and HELP???
