Potatoes are incredibleee. A baked potato provides vitamins and minerals, tons of energy, is very filling, and is low in calories. Also lean meats have fewer calories than you think. There is a drink called Enviga that is amazingg. It's clinically proven to help you lose weight. It's a sparkling green tea, they sell it at CVS I believe. Ummm hmm Crystal Light and Special K both make protein drink mixes that fight off hunger cravings, and drinking those and chewing Extra fruit gum will help. Special K also makes a lot of filling foods with very few calories. Remember to eat very, very slowly. Give your body time to realize that your stomach is full and you will end up not eating nearly as much as you would. Eat around someone else and pretend to be totally engaged in conversation and "forget" to eat your meal except for a few bites every once in a while. Be sure to space out your eating when you do sit down, but eat several very small snacks throughout the day instead of a few big meals.
