Hey. you can always email me.

Hey. you can always email me. I respond more quickly that way, generally. zineproject@hotmail.com Recovery is such a struggle. I was doing really well for a while, and then slipped right back into not eating without even realizing I had a problem. I'd somehow convinced myself that I was 'being healthy'. Well, as a friend pointed out, if I'm not even eating 700 calories a day, that's not healthy. Now I'm back on the road to recovery... it's hard...definitely one day at a time.

Hey, Star, and welcome. I'm

Hey, Star, and welcome. I'm also new to this - I've struggled with ED for over 20 years - yeah, I get where you are. I began with Anorexia, got help, got to a healthier weight, even had kids. Now, since August, I'm down almost 30 lbs again. My ED is described now as NOS (not otherwise specified) I'll agree with graceb, one day at a time, sometimes one hour at a time. For me, it helps a lot to know that I am not alone. So many people don't get it - if I hear one more person tell me how much they envy my "self-control" or wish they had my willpower I think I will scream. Perhaps we can chat more - you're not alone. :)
