i need advice on thinspiration
hey everyone!! i was wondering if a lot of people use the thinspiration sites to motivate them. i just recently discovered them and im not sure if i should be looking at them. i would appriciate to hear from someone who looks at them and know their views on them, wether you think its bad or good? thanks a million!

does anyone have any ideas on how to bring some thinspiration around with you during the day? I have pictures on my phone but they are not the best!
iPod? Or print out physical pictures and put them in your locker/dorm in a place out of sight. Or try adding the calories you intake in a day and making a note/blank text message draft and keeping it. Before you eat anything, add the calories it will cost to the total. Then look at the pictures. It will make you prioritize better. Plus, if you do it in the text draft, people will just think you're texting. Or, if you are alone for a long period of time, put thinspo pictures on a water bottle. That way, when you look at food vs. the water, you will want the water more. Just be careful that people don't get a hold of your water bottle, that could require some creative explanations.

OH MY GOODNESS.
There is this new mix from Crystal Lite (my favorite thing every), and it's peach mango green tea built to boost metabolism and it's incredible! It's zero calories, green tea, delicious, and I had a bite of chicken and three of those today and was not hungry for a second! It was so good! Definitely look for it, Crystal Lite has lots of great flavors, too.
I find that songs are better to take with you - On your ipod, phone etc. That way if someone see's them, they wont have any idea that they are thinspo
heard what you said..could you find out if i can get that in ireland cuz im not too sure if your from the states like.
