Help with recovering from bulimia

I'm 16, and I have suffered with bulimia for 8 months now.
Ive tried to get better a few times, but i just cant.
i really dont want to go to the doctors or see a councellour. I want to overcome it myself.
Right now, it is at the worst that it has been in a few months.
I dont know what to do, and i feel out of control of it now.
If anyone as any advice i would be really grateful.

Hi! I'm also recovering from

Hi! I'm also recovering from bulimia, having suffered with the disease for 2 years. To tell you the truth, I really think you should see a doctor!I also tried to stop several times and couldn't for more than 3 months, so if you really want to overcome bulimia I think it's important to solve your problems with someone who is inside the disease! Anyway, if you need to talk - I do - send me an e-mail to violet_rita@hotmail.com.
Thanks
