What do I need to do?

Ok so my boyfriend is addicted to hydrocodone. He has come to me and admitted he has a problem and wants help I am not really sure what I need to do to help him. He has mentioned a methadone clinic and seems to think this will help him and I am for anything to get him off this crap. He has been taking up to 12 10/500 Hydrocodone a day and I am so worried about what it is doing to his liver. He is so constipated and bleeds badly after bowel movements. What do I need to do? What am I in for as far as the way he is going to act? Please help!!
