I have been making myself throw up three times a day. if i'm not throwing up i'm on some sort of diet pill. every 5 min. i am looking at my stomach and i hate what i see. i keep telling myself that i only have to keep doing this until i get lipo, but i want to stop now. i want to go to an out patient program. i'm recently 18 and i just told my mother that my bulimia was back(i had it when i was 16 then i got help and stopped) i am past a psychiatrist and i need to do a full program. nobody understands how i can't control myself around food. my mind literally closes and i can't stop. my dad has recently been buying obscene amounts of junk food for the family but the only one eating it (and throwing it up is me) on my brothers birthday i ate his entire cake in one night. i cant keep doing this but nobody understands how severe this is for me...
I UNDERSTAND!!! This disorder is crazy...it controls you. I ate all of my husbands christmas stocking candy, knowing how wrong it was at the time..but the urge took over in my head.
Does you parents know how severe it is? First of all you NEED to get all that crap food out of your house. Tell your Dad, he will understand. Tell your brother you are sorry that you can't have that sort of food around the house, but it is for your health.
I am 24 and have been battling this since I was 18. If I could take back time I would have gotten help WAY sooner!!!
