Hello everyone. I am new here and have been fighting bulimia for about 3 years now. It has gotten in the way of my marriage and am looking for any kind of advice.

Hi cheese, just popping in to say hello. I'm a bit short on advice but I do know what a lonely and sad journey it is as we struggle to win through. Yes, understanding how relationships suffer so much and husbands take the full brunt. I am lucky and mine is very understanding and has put up with so much over the years. You will win through. I am better than I was very many years ago but still needing help. Wishing you all the luck in the world. Have you got a therapist to help you? I think that it is essential and I wouldn't have come through without her. I might have to move on but I'm thinking how much I'm miss her. I'm sorry that you have been coping with this for so long, cheese. It is good that you have also found here today and taken a step towards helping yourself. Take gentle care.
Thanks for your message. I started going therapy on my own about a month ago. I have been thinking of trying to get my husband to go with me as well or maybe go to a different couples therapy.
