Has anyone had any lick with online meetings for ED? I am just too shy and embarrassed to go to any kind of group meetings. Thought I would try here first.

I tried to sign up at OA and I can't seem to get through to post or chat in a group. I will try again today. So no I have had no luck with online meetings thats why I am here.
