| Hi- I am new to the forum and thank God for it. I have a cross-addiction. I am an alcohol and bulimic. When I don't drink, I binge and purge. When I drink, I DRINK. Been sober since Feb. 14, 2008, but now my bulimia has kicked in. I've been to rehab for alcohol and now I'm wondering whether I should go to ED treatment. Any thoughts? Thanks. |

| Hello. Nice to have you here. I fought me ED for over 2 years. Tried one on one counseling and it really was not helping a lot for me. I finally went to a ED treatment center and then started attending support groups. Still do to this day. It so far has worked for me. I really do hope and pray that you can overcome as well.
