Maybe its just me but I am having a hard time relating my porn habits to other addictions here. I am not putting anyone down because I admire all of your hardships but I find it weird because I am not smoking anything, drinking anything, etc.
Sure...I think about it and I spend about $5000 a year on porn. Movies and memberships, mostly all online.
Has it become a problem? Well my girlfriend has no idea? I guess that could make it a problem. Could I stop? Don't know. never tried.
Not really sure what I am trrying to say but thanks for hearing me.

I know it does seem different but I guess the real question is has it impacted your life. Has it interfered with things?
I was on pain meds forever. I could drive, go to work, hold a conversation but had to stop when it got worse and worse. Lost friends, girlfriend, etc.
I guess thats the question. |

| If you are hiding things and it constantly consumes you then it could very well be an addiction. Sex and porn addiction is becoming quite prevalent and quite a problem. |

My secret porn activities caused a lot of trouble when my wife found out - and we always get found out eventually.
I am now in a 12 step program to control it, and there are lots of others in the same position as I am.
One problem is that the addiction is progressive - you move from mild to bad to worse, and may end up doing something illegal. Not good |
