I have been gambling pretty steadily for about 6 years. Not really saw it as a problem because I was making a good amount of cash. I got laid off about 6 months ago and instead of slowing down I see myself playing poker online or making random trips to Vegas. I need a way to slow down.
Anyone ever used GA? Does it help? Are there other options that could work? I don't think I am a cold turkey kind of guy.

Hey Vance,
Although I have not been at GA myself I know it can help a lot of people. These types of meetings are there for support and to help you through your road of recovery. I would highly recommend it.
