Congrats. That is so wonderful. I have been battling my eating disorders (unfortunately plural) for over 7 years now. and there is no end in sight. I was wondering if you help share your recovery, if it isn't too hard for you. I am in therapy. I have been through many different therapists, and have been with one for 4 months. I love her, but it just doesn't seem to be working. I was considering checking myself into a center, outpatient or inpatient.
Once again, congrats.
Looking forward to more posts! |

| Great to have you here. I think reaching out to others is what helped me as well. I was in one on one counseling and I felt myself going nowhere. I decided to check into an inpatient treatment center here in san diego. did that for about 30 days and then started going to a group type setting. Its been over a year and things have been so much better. I do wish the best for you because I know how hard it can be. |
