I am really concerned about

I am really concerned about my sister who admitted she and her boyfriend have an serious addiction to hydrocodone/percocet. She is going through withdrawal now and is in alot of pain. I have discussed with her the fact that she needs to detox and get into a rehab clinic. She refuses to leave her boyfriend's side for even a moment to get the help she needs. Plus she has no one to watch her children. (I cannot--legal reasons). She is worried the state will take her children away. I am concerned . What are the ramifications of her going through withdrawal without professional help?
