Good news for chocoholics

Researchers have now found a way to reduce your desire to devour chocolates. This is great news for those people looking for a way to reduce their chocolate cravings.

A recent study from the University of Exeter showed that fifteen minutes of brisk walking can result to less chocolate cravings for certified chocoholics. This study was conducted to 25 chocoholics after three days of chocolate abstinence. They were asked to participate in tasks that could induce chocolate cravings, such as opening a bar of chocolate. Afterwards, they were asked to exercise by walking for 15 minutes, and the participants reported lower cravings during and after the said exercise.

Previous researches indicated that exercise also works for reducing other cravings such as alcohol and nicotine. After all, exercise has a lot of other wonderful benefits aside from keeping fit. Who would have thought it would also make you eat fewer chocolates?
