An addiction to sugar is not something to be taken lightly. I am sure there are a lot of people that think this should not be considered an addiction, but more like a minor problem. You may think that having a little bit of sugar whenever you want is not a problem, but it actually is. Eating too much sugar can cause a number of problems. While sugar may be your way of keeping up with your energy, it is not necessary to get the energy you need. You do not need to eat as much sugar as possible just to get your energy fix. This particular addiction can be solved in a number of ways, but it will take a tremendous amount of will power to get over. It has even been said that the addiction to sugar is worse than an addiction to smoking or an addiction to drugs.
