Sex Addiction: Can We Call the Continuous Desire Addiction?

People with sex addiction often do not realize that they are actually addicts. They keep on stimulating themselves by watching pornography and adult movies to a point where they can not control their desire anymore, so they end up even sleeping with the first person that they come across with, or masturbating. Of course there is a more advanced level of this addiction, where a person gets too stimulated for the limit that he becomes ready to molest or even rape.

A lot of people with this kind of addiction ruined their different kinds of relationships including their marriage because of their unusual habit of always desiring sex even in the most awkward situations. In many cases, those addicts tend to satisfy their desire, if not satisfied by their wives, by masturbation or often by patronizing prostitutes.

These cravings are called addiction because they have the same consequences of drugs or alcohol; the more you do it, the more you want it.

Up until I put myself in a difficult situation - facing to loose my immediate family - i always thought what i did was wrong but didn't know how to get out of it. my addiction to sex has been emotionally and physically draining, in total isolation, and on a constant fear of conspiracy on me, me and me. i was the center of the universe and wanted everything my way. anyone who didn't abide with my rules were immediately classified as "not worthy" or "stupid" people. And i didn't realize that i was living in a nightmare despite what i've caused to people around me. And i didn't like myself most of the time. No self-respect is a terrible thing to live by.
