Staying away from places that involve drugs and alcohol is an idea you may want to consider. This is by no means something that you absolutely “have” to do, but you might want to consider it in order to not tempt yourself. By staying away from these places, you do not run the risk of cheating if you have been off of drugs or alcohol for a long time. If happen to be just starting out on quitting your addiction, this will help keep your mind straight. Go to a place that does not allow these kind of things so you can keep your focus more on what is at hand and not on the drugs or alcohol. If you have friends that do not like these types of things then this is perfect because they will be happy to know that you have chosen somewhere that fits everyone’s needs.
