More Things You Should Ask Yourself

Asking yourself question to determine your level of addiction (if any addiction at all) is a serious matter. It is something that help start the healing process for some. For other, it is a way of learning, first hand, how to stop the addiction before it actually starts. If there is something that you have done, that may you think is an addiction, you need to ask yourself a few questions like, is it something you do in secret? In asking yourself this question, think about the times that you do it and how often you do it in secret. You may even need to ask yourself, “do you do every single time you get the chance to do in secret”? This could be a very big signal of an addiction, but if this is still not signaling anything to you, you can ask yourself one more question. Do you constantly deny anything is wrong when people ask you? If so, then that alone is sign of an addiction.
