Fitness Nuts

An obsession or “addiction” to fitness can be formed from a number of things. This addiction usually comes from other addictions. Someone who is obsessed with staying healthy will often form a significant addiction to fitness. They believe that fitness is the only way they will be able to get skinny and that they can get the society version of “skinny” if they go overboard with the fitness. Unfortunately, this goes way to far with some people. Some people try to do way too much in a short amount of time and they end up hurting themselves more than helping. They end up with pulled muscles and majorly sore bodies. The really bad part is that this much exercise can end up giving anyone (even young people) possible heart attacks. Wanting to work out is not a problem if you want to stay in shape, but you should never, ever, do it just to get skinny.
