Gambling Away Your Life

I have never personally had a problem with gambling, but over a number of years I noticed my brother did and it affected not only me, but my family as well. He would gamble away nearly everything he had and pretty soon he started selling some of our families possessions just to get enough money to gamble again. I just couldn’t believe what he was doing. My parents where always yelling at him and once they were done yelling at him, they starting yelling at each other. His gambling just caused everyone in the house to be stressed and irritable. Trust me, it’s not the way you want to live. I moved out the moment I graduated high school so I’m not sure how he’s doing with his gambling problem. I hope he’s getting help and I hope that anyone who knows someone like this will realize it’s a problem that has to be stopped
